1. RICE PUDDING HEALTHY

  • 30g basmati rice raw (51g cooked)
  • 250ml water
  • 30g of protein vanilla
  • 1 egg medium
  • 15g of corn starch

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Cook the basmati rice in water together with a cinnamon stick and zest of a lemon. Once cooked, set aside.

  • 400g tofu
  • 240ml skimmed milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 250g of strawberries
  • 200g chocolate 60% cocoa
  • 200g of natural yoghurt light
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of organic sugar

– Mode of preparation –

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Mix all ingredients together or blend in processor.
  2. Knead and mold with cookie cutter or with a glass.
